Do we offer financing?
Yes, we use several trusted institutions to try to get you the best rates/terms.
What kind of credit do I need to qualify?
Lenders look for a 575 score or higher for competitive financing, but will finance lower scores. (Certain conditions apply)
How much down payment is needed?
Your credit will determine what down payment that you will need. It can be any where from $0 down with excellent credit and up to 35% down with very bad credit.
Can I use my land for collateral?
Yes, if you own land it is possible to use that land as part or all of your down payment. (Certain conditions apply)
Do we offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a military discount (active or retired) and also discounts for repeat customers.
Do we take trade ins?
We will CONSIDER trade in homes as long as they are in decent condition. (Certain conditions apply)
Can land improvements and utility installations be financed?
Yes (Certain conditions apply)
What kind of interest rates can I get?
There are many factors to determining the rate: credit score, down payment amount, job history, type of loan, type of home, etc. The rate can be as low as 5.99% and up to 11.99%. (Certain conditions apply)
What days and times are you open?
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm
We do close a few days for major holidays as we are all family here.
